At Shreekari Silks, we take great care in delivering premium, handpicked ethnic wear with precision and dedication. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing them.

Note: Once your order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy for all orders.

However, we accept returns only in case of physical damage or manufacturing defect, and strictly under the conditions below:

  • A full parcel opening video is mandatory (from the moment the package is opened).

  • The video must be clear, continuous, and unedited, showing the shipping label for verification.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Send the video along with issue details to:

Once reviewed, if your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable.

3. Refunds (If Approved)

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or bank account.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Refund

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Size issues (most sarees are free-size unless blouse stitching is customized)

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Delays caused by courier partners (beyond our control)

  • No parcel opening video provided

  • Damages occurring after delivery due to mishandling

5. International Orders

All international orders are final.
No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed unless the product is damaged and proper proof is submitted as per the above guidelines.
