At Shreekari Silks, we’re committed to delivering premium ethnic wear to your doorstep with care, safety, and efficiency. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Across India

  • Internationally (shipping cost & delivery times vary by country)

2. Shipping Charges (India)

  • All India: ₹150

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹10,000

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of return, refusal, or failed delivery due to incorrect address details.

3. Delivery Timeline

We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Telangana: 3–4 business days

  • Rest of India: 6–8 business days

  • International Orders: 15–30 days (varies by country & weight)

Shipping Partner: Bluedart, DTDC and other trusted logistics providers

4. International Shipping

  • Charges are calculated based on weight and destination.

  • You will receive the estimated shipping cost at checkout or via email/WhatsApp before dispatch.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link for your shipment

If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days, please contact us.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather issues, natural calamities, or courier delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • High order volume during festivals or sale periods

We will keep you updated and assist you wherever possible.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are correct.
Shreekari Silks will not be responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses

  • Unreachable phone numbers

If a parcel returns to us due to these issues, re-shipping charges will apply.
