Shipping charges start at ₹150 for all India, with free shipping on orders above ₹10,000. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–4 days in Telangana and 6–8 days across India. International delivery may take 15–30 days, depending on the destination. Tracking details are shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate—failed deliveries due to incorrect details will require re-shipping charges.
Return & Refund Policy
At Shreekari Silks, we ensure every product is delivered with the highest quality and care. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours only, and we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy, except in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defects. A clear, unedited parcel opening video showing the shipping label is mandatory for any damage claim and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. Refunds (if approved) take 7–10 business days, and shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
International orders are final and not eligible for cancellation or return unless damaged with valid proof.
