Return & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours only, and we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy, except in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defects. A clear, unedited parcel opening video showing the shipping label is mandatory for any damage claim and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. Refunds (if approved) take 7–10 business days, and shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
