Return & Refund Policy
At Shreekari Silks, we ensure every product is delivered with the highest quality and care. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours only, and we follow a strict No Return & No Exchange policy, except in cases of physical damage or manufacturing defects. A clear, unedited parcel opening video showing the shipping label is mandatory for any damage claim and must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Once verified, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. Refunds (if approved) take 7โ10 business days, and shipping/COD charges are non-refundable.
COD Orders: A 20% advance payment is required to confirm Cash on Delivery orders. This advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused, undelivered due to customer-related reasons, or returned after dispatch. Re-shipping charges will apply for any re-delivery requests.
